A coworking space that runs from its members’ phones
Baghdad’s 100-desk coworking space, and the member product behind it: a Units wallet, QR payments, bookings for desks and rooms, coffee ordering and vending — one account for the whole day.
The problem
A coworking space is a hundred small transactions a day: a desk for an afternoon, a meeting room for an hour, a flat white, a snack from the machine. Handled at a front desk, each one costs someone’s attention.
GreenHills wanted the front desk to disappear — every one of those transactions done from a member’s phone, in a space where people come to concentrate.
What we built
A wallet and a personal QR
Members top up, transfer and pay in GreenHills Units. One personal QR receives; the scanner pays, books and vends — no cash, no card terminal, no queue.
Bookings for every kind of space
Hot desks, private rooms, meeting rooms and the garden are reservable by the hour, day, week or month, with availability that reflects what is actually free.
Coffee, food and vending
Orders are placed from the menu, sent to a seat, and tracked live. Vending machines take the same QR, so the wallet works everywhere in the building.
A reason to come back
Members earn XP as they work and unlock achievements — a light layer that turns a transactional space into somewhere people belong.
