The short version: we collect what you send us on the enquiry form, we use it to reply, and we do not track you around the internet.
Who we are
MOHATech Ltd is a software studio in London, United Kingdom. For questions about this policy or about information we hold, write to hello@mohatech.io. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
What you send us. If you use the enquiry form we receive your name, work email, company if you give one, and what you write in the message. If you email us directly we have whatever is in that email. That is the only personal information we ask for.
Settings you choose. The theme, contrast and motion controls save your choice in this browser’s local storage. That data never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary request information, including IP address and browser type, to run and secure the service. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
What we do not do
- No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics.
- No selling or sharing of your information with anyone for marketing.
- No newsletter you did not ask for. We do not add enquiries to a mailing list.
Why we are allowed to hold it
When you contact us about a project, we process your information because it is in both our legitimate interests to respond to an enquiry you initiated, and where a project follows, because we need it to take steps towards a contract with you.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf under contract. Enquiries may be delivered into the studio’s internal messaging tool so a founder sees them promptly. We do not send your information outside those providers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Where a project follows, we keep project correspondence for six years after it ends, which is the period we may need it for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@mohatech.io and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. This version is dated 8 September 2026.
